It seems that street construction for this year's event has started a little earlier than in years past. It's not much, but several pieces of large scaffolding have started popping up in Shrek Alley, New York, and the International Food and Film Festival (IFFF) area. What's interesting to note, is that some of the fences set up in Shrek Alley are on wheels and hinges... could we possibly see a scarezone that changes its layout throughout the night?
